Kyle Pellett

Kyle has been working in the construction industry for 14 years. He first completed the Carpenter Apprentice Program with Carpenters Local Union #971 in 2006 and then went on to receive his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from Western Nevada College in 2011. Kyle became LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified in 2008 distinguishing him in the construction industry as qualified in the design, development and implementation of green building projects.

Summer Pellett

Summer received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada.  She started her career as a City Planner with the City of Sparks in 2004.  In 2017 and 2021, she was appointed to the Storey County Planning Commission by the Board of Commissioners.  Summer also serves her community as Treasurer of the Highland Ranches Property Owners Association.  Summer and Kyle are parents to three children, two dogs, two cats, three goats, a turkey and countless chickens.
